Hotel Zadapi - Oaxaca

Spacious room, strong hot water, helpful staff, good location, free bottled water, value for money.

Nothing, all excellent.

The beds were comfy and spacious enough. the showers were always hot with a strong stream of water. the hotel was ideally located to explore the historic center and we felt safe walking around, even at night.

The staff could have been much friendlier and more helpful. We also had trouble with the wifi, which only seemed to work on social media sites.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, only a short walk away. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot water and strong stream available in the bathroom. the staff is helpful and allows guests to store their luggage before check-in. There are also shuttles and buses conveniently located near the hotel for transportation.

Some aspects of the hotel are lacking, such as a strange smell in common areas.

Had a fantastic Christmas experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had an amazing shower with great water pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk in the evenings. They provided free bottled water and the air conditioning worked perfectly, not too loud in the rooms. The hotel was in a convenient location close to the local shops and restaurants.

The location was not ideal for walking in the evenings. , the hotel did not have many amenities or facilities like coffee or common sitting areas.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with friendly staff and a clean room. The shower had amazing water pressure and hot water, a refreshing change from other hotels. the location was just near the city centre, making it easy to explore the area.
